IF you love to fish or people watch or just want a simple relaxing day at the beach you need to check out this house….It has ALL OF THAT and more…….This adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for 6 adults , or 4 adults and a couple of kids. The home itself is gorgeous. But it has a stunning view of West Sandlapper pond. It’s one of my favorite places to be. Living room ,kitchen and dinning room have an open concept. Lots of windows for bringing the outside in . The family room has two very comfortable sofa’s, and a smart TV. Every room in this house is tastefully decorated. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances , fridge with an ice maker , fully stocked kitchen, pots and pans, for those who like to cook and relax at home. The home also offers cable TV , wireless WIFI, and TV’s in all bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sleep number bed , so those that like to do there own thing will have the opportunity to do so , it is tastefully decorated , has a door leading out to the grill area and the side porch where you can relax , watch some TV, on the outside comfy sofa . There are several full size windows in the master that welcomes you with plenty of light . The master bath joins the bedroom , it has a walk-in standup shower , storage under the sink and a cabinet also for those personal items. Our 2 nd. bedroom offers a comfy queen bed , set of chest of drawers , and a TV. We have a hall bath for both guest bedrooms, it also has a walk in shower , storage under the sink for your personal items. Our 3 rd. guest bedroom has a comfy queen bed, two windows to get as much sun in as we can , a half of the closet and a TV so as not to miss any of your favorite shows. This home is very modern , it has very nice barn doors on the bedrooms and bathroom. The washer and dryer are located in the outside building . They are front end loaders . Bring your own pods. Our outside areas include a very cozy front and side deck . Both have nice outside furniture , TV is on the side porch , we also have shades that can be let down to block sun or when you need some privacy. We have a beautiful view of the pond. We are so blessed to get to set and watch the geese and the white swan flow thru the water …It is so peaceful and relaxing.. There is parking for 2 cars. You must be at least 25 to book this home.We offer a complementary golf cart . Driver of the cart must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license. NO EXCEPTIONS. We do NOT allow smoking of any kind inside our home. You can smoke outside , it’s your responsible to dispose of your cigarette butts. NO parties, NO pets. This house is great for people watching and just a simple day of relaxing and looking at all the pond activity. OH yeah , don’t forget to bring your rod. You might want to wet a hook while you are here , its just a few steps across the street. Your guys will thank you later later …
