If you are looking for the best view in Ocean Lakes then this is the house for you. It’s a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath…..3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Master suite with private bath include shower, large counter with sink ….. large picture window with great view of ocean . Comfortable king size bed, dresser with mirror, flat screen T.V. Great large deck upstairs with seating area with a breath taking view of the ocean. You could sit there for days looking and relaxing. The second bedroom upstairs has a comfortable queen size bed, dresser with mirror , flat screen T.V. and closet. It also has a large picture window for that great ocean view from your bed. The third bedroom has two brand new bunks with New mattress. Twins on top and fulls on the bottom. Great kids room. It has a dresser, closet, and T.V. Downstairs you have a bedroom with a queen bed, night stand, large window and private bath with tub/shower combination. All bedrooms are nicely decorated. The living room has a brand new sofa and two new chairs. A large picture window in the front of the house for ocean view. Large end tables and flat screen T.V. with DVD player. The dining room , kitchen and living room is one big open room. It also has a half bath on the first floor . The dining room has a large table to seat 6 people. There is a bar with 4 bar stools for those that don’t want to use the table. Large windows for ocean watching. The kitchen is fully furnished with coffee maker, toaster, blender for those fruity drinks, and
dishes, pots and pans. It has a micro wave, double door refrigerator and a dishwasher. It has a full size washer and dryer downstairs as well. The first floor deck has a tall deck table and 4 chairs for people watching and also a seating area as you come up on to the first deck. It has room for 4 cars underneath. It is walking distance to the waterpark and the ocean. Lots and Lots of people watching and ocean watching from the decks. Great location and great house. In 2022 the house was fully painted inside . Then in 2023 all decking ,and siding was replaced.

We do NOT offer a golf cart. Pets are NOT allow…You would need to bring your own linens , beach and bath towels and paper products.
